(Day 6 - 4 Hours) With the boat level I located all the bulkhead locations at the sheer and with a straightedge and plumb bob I located the bottom edges of the bulkheads. After dry fitting the bulkheads I tabbed them all in place, used a straight edge to clamp to any bulkheads that were not straight side to side and screwed the side deck bulkheads to straight edge as well to make sure they cured in the proper position.

Day 7 - 6 Hours) I pulled all fasteners, cleaned up and sanded all the bulkhead joints and cut glass. The sheer clamp is dryfit to ensure the glass cures while the side panels have a fair shape. Spreaders were also added to the side deck knees before the clamps were dryfit to keep the pressure from squeezing in the side panels. All the bulkheads were then filleted and glassed. The two aft longitudinals were screwed in place just prior to glassing.

(Day 8 - 4 Hours) I shaped all the bulkheads, installed the sheer clamps, foredeck supports and glassed in the 3/4" doubler for the engine mount.

(Day 9 - 4 Hours) Today I rolled the hull, cut and shaped the ends of the sheer clamps, sanded all the previously glassed joints and sheathed the hull. I ran two 50" wide sheets of 6 oz. glass fore and aft where it just overlapped on the keel line at the stern and overlapped at bow enough to give me two layers on the bottom panels. I also added a 6" strip of 6 oz cloth on all the chine, bow and transom joints.
